Cinnamon Tree Cafe is a family-owned and operated café established in 2012 and built on a commitment to real food, honest ingredients, and scratch-made quality.

Founded by Port Orange native Kody Kling, Cinnamon Tree Cafe was created as a true scratch kitchen from the very beginning. We proudly use organic, unbleached, no added potassium bromate flour, brown cage-free eggs, and never use seed oils. Every pastry and baked good is made from scratch, reflecting our belief that food should be both nourishing and thoughtfully prepared.

Family is the foundation of everything we do. In June 2024, Kody welcomed his son, Arthur, reinforcing our mission to serve food we are proud to share with our own family. Alongside him, his partner Mia plays an active role in the business, helping guide daily operations and uphold the values that define our café.

Together, they also operate Mimi’s Cookies & Cream Bar, where the same scratch-made philosophy comes to life through house-made ice cream and freshly baked cookies.
